The worlds most liveable community presents ...
Collectively our aim is to promote art, music and lifestyle. We enjoy supporting the local community with concerts, live music, murals, street comedy and wanting to do so much more.
Some may think we live in 'FairyTale' land, but after many years of building The Art Farm, this is finally very real and what we do for the community is also very real too. Just a shame there is not more of us doing this, .... eh ?
A mixture of artists who are choosing to live a more sustainable lifestyle, we are totally against drugs and unsocial behaviour. However we are about supporting a 'good culture' with an enjoyable 'mix' of' arts, comedy, video and music along with safe mature minded people as support. 'Just be great to create' all the while being of real benefit to the local town. That's what we are about.
Comedy goes hand in hand with the Art Farm. Much of the 'on site' art is there to make people smile. Our local street performances are hugely welcomed by the town and its many visitors.
Having well known artists come and stay has its useful points, one is asking them to perform locally. Chooka Parker of 'Australia's Got Talent' is just one of many artists who have stayed and loves Port Fairy.
Not just suppling a grand piano but then performing with over 400 volunteer shows that along with the Film Society the local council secured a $750.000 full theatre building refit. Written 'thank you' reference available.
Radio comedy. Right through COVID-19, we worked out that we needed to broadcast some much needed comedy to help people through the numerous lockdowns. With all original scripts our comedy was broadcast with two unique shows a week via 3 Way FM. across 30.000+ people.
Using the worlds latest lasers.
This show can drive your event into the stratosphere.
We have arguably the best system on the planet, so if you want your event or party to be blown away. then we need to be talking 'Laser Shows'

The Art Farm and Port Fairy again delivered the very best of welcome mats to the Rainbow community. An event with 5 live bands, 2 stages, a huge amount of artwork, food and support. Almost every shop in Port Fairy showing the colours of support.
We don't expect everyone to 'fall in love' with the Art farm, some drive in, turn around and simply drive out. However for those that choose to venture out of their cars, they can be assured of a warm welcome and perhaps a discover our slightly life altering 'point of view'.
Please do enjoy the sculptures and bonkers artwork - many provided by local artists and last but not least, some of us ... 'artists'.
We tend to put the town and its surrounds first,
We are not out to boost our own profits but to make people laugh and smile while they enjoy their holiday and spending time with us in Port Fairy.
If every town had its own 'unique' Art Farm, its very possible that crime would fall, local visitor numbers would be up, and best of all can offer an affordable and sustainable lifestyle.
Are we aiming for 'Net Zero' yes absolutely.
The fun we have had with our visitors is amazing, from 'crazy painting, too making fake 'comedy' video commercials.
We have done more 'tour-guided' day trips of Port Fairy and Tower hill with our drop in visitors than I would ever count and many impromptu overnights in the guest accomodation.
Many visitors have returned time and time again, some even locating to Port Fairy such was there love of life to what the town is and offerers.
Port Fairy is genuine, a small country town which 'as standard' enjoys life and knows how to put out a wonderful welcome mat, perhaps also the reason it was voted 'The Worlds Most Liveable Community' endorsed by the United Nations, and that if I may say, is pretty hot.
With its huge amount of festivals and so many events it is far more than just 'pretty good' its truely amazing!
The future.
It would be wonderful if every town had an 'Art Farm' the possibility's could be endless. Just to take and use our philosophy and apply it to other towns as needed would be heartwarming to us.
We are not looking to own property, but there must be people out there with a 'hobby farm' that might wish to clone our ideas, offerings and well-being 'lifestyle'.
We are totally against drugs and make no apology for that. However helping generate a good culture while keeping artists where they are needed, no mortgage or expensive rent, so they can produce 'mixed media' arts within a strong diverse community all sound pretty good.
We waste almost nothing and up-cycling is our first 'go to' key. We only buy what we really need to and repairing to use or re-sell also supports our cash needs.
Growing and processing some of our own food is a yearly routeen.
Slowly but surely we are trying to convert our non running vintage trucks into 'tiny house' temporary accommodation for semi resident artists . We also support 'by-gone' rural crafts like Wheelwrighting with educational workshops and show-ground displays.
The towns certainly benefits, we benefit, and the visitors absolutely love it.
Our honey bees are always busy along with our resident cat 'PussPuss' who lets us know if the wood-fire needs another log or two. Thank you.
